I'm committed to deliver my clients a comprehensive program to support their needs. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, correct training techniques are essential to creating a safe platform for building physical strength and fitness.
 
My core training philosophy is embedded in everything I do, 


 "one size does not fit all."


Everyone has a specific need and mindset, and I enjoy creating a tailored approach for each person and their unique goals. Good health does not come overnight, but it can be made and release the enthusiastic fitness guru inside. I use a functional and fun approach that any level can get behind.

Our health is our best commodity, and we are all capable of finding that in ourselves. I am originally from Jamaica, but I’ve trained and taught in the UK, Holland, Brazil, the Caribbean, and the US. I have extensive experience in martial arts and personal training. Being in the fitness industry for well over 30 years and finding a mind, body balance, I can support your journey to create optimum performance for throughout your fitness journey.
